From Sam Hughes to SaddleBrooke, and from Picture Rocks to Vail. Every jurisdiction below permits pools a little differently, and we handle each one.
Catalina Foothills
Pima CountySloped lots with mountain views and caliche. Retaining walls, raised beams and HOA architectural review are the norm here, and we plan for all three in the first drawing.
Oro Valley
Town of Oro ValleyThe Town runs its own building department with its own barrier and setback rules. Newer subdivisions in Rancho Vistoso and Stone Canyon mean HOA review too.
Marana
Town of MaranaFast-growing neighborhoods in Gladden Farms, Continental Ranch and Dove Mountain. Flat lots on the west side, rock and slope up toward the Tortolitas.
Dove Mountain
Town of MaranaHillside custom lots. Infinity edges, view-oriented decks, and engineering for slope. We work with your HOA design review from the start.
Sahuarita
Town of SahuaritaRancho Sahuarita and Quail Creek. Newer lots, typically good access, straightforward digs.
Vail
Pima CountyRita Ranch, Rocking K, and the Vail school district area. Larger lots and a lot of first-time pool owners.
Green Valley
Pima CountyRemodels and resurfacing for an established community. Many pools here are due for pebble and new equipment.
Casas Adobes
Pima CountyEstablished northwest-side neighborhoods with mature yards. Access and existing block walls are the first thing we check.
Tanque Verde
Pima CountyLarger east-side acreage lots with room for a full pool, spa and ramada. Caliche is common; we price rock excavation up front.
Sam Hughes
City of TucsonHistoric midtown lots, tight access, and city permits. Lap pools and plunge pools fit these yards well.
Rita Ranch
City of TucsonSoutheast-side family neighborhoods. Play pools with Baja shelves and bubblers are the most requested build.
SaddleBrooke
Pinal CountyActive-adult community north of Oro Valley. Spa combos, heaters and easy-care equipment packages.
Corona de Tucson
Pima CountyGrowing community south of Vail. New builds on flat lots with good equipment access.
Picture Rocks
Pima CountyWest of the Tucson Mountains. Rural lots, long driveways, and plenty of room for the excavator.
Drexel Heights
Pima CountySouthwest side. Remodels, resurfacing and equipment upgrades on established pools.
