What we believe
A pool is the biggest thing most families will ever add to their home, and it should not be sold on a one-page number with a stack of allowances underneath. We started HN on a simple idea: design it fully, price every line, put the whole number in writing, and then build exactly that.
In Tucson that idea has a few local rules attached. Caliche gets priced from the site visit. The interior finish is a pebble aggregate that survives our hard water. The deck is a surface you can walk on in July. The barrier that Arizona requires is on the first quote, not the last invoice. And the permit goes to the right desk, whether that is the City, Pima County, or one of the towns.
How we work
- One point of contact. The person who walks your yard is the person who designs your pool, writes your quote, and answers the phone during the build.
- 3D design first. You approve a rendering of the pool, deck, spa and features before anything is dug.
- Fixed line-item pricing. Every piece on its own line. Changes are quoted in writing before the work happens.
- Licensed Arizona builders. Every pool is built under an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license you can look up, with full insurance. We give you the number before you sign.
- Written schedule. Dated milestones from excavation to fill, updated weekly.
Our guarantee
The price on the contract is the price you pay for the scope on the contract. Structural shell warranty, equipment manufacturer warranties, and a workmanship warranty on tile, coping, decking and finish, all in writing and handed over at the walkthrough.
