Fixed quote
A line-item quote. Excavation, shell, plumbing, equipment, finish, coping, deck and barrier each priced on their own line.

Build
A licensed Arizona pool builder takes it from here, pulls the permit with the City or County, and builds to the approved design.

Walkthrough
Once it passes final inspection you walk the finished pool with your builder, get the warranties, and learn how to run the equipment.

Questions we get asked
How much does a pool cost in Tucson?
Most new gunite pools we build land between $65,000 and $140,000 depending on size, finish, decking and features. Our inground pool cost guide walks through what moves the number.
Do you pull the permits, or do I have to?
We do. City of Tucson, Pima County, Oro Valley, Marana or Sahuarita, plus your HOA architectural review. It is part of every job.
How long does a new pool take?
From signed contract to swimming, plan on 10 to 16 weeks. Permitting is the biggest variable, so a fall contract usually means a spring pool.
What happens if the price changes mid-project?
It does not, unless you change the scope. Anything you add gets quoted in writing before the work happens. Rock and caliche are priced from the site visit, not discovered later.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every pool is built under an Arizona Registrar of Contractors license, with liability and workers compensation coverage. We give you the license number before you sign anything.
